Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response

Ever listen to a song and get the tingles? You might have had a brain orgasm! Also known as Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR), this phenomena is also referred to as a "braingasm" or a "brain orgasm" and they're relatively easy to come by! Common triggers of ASMR include everyday activities like getting a hair cut or listening to someone whispering. Sounds and experiences such as these make you feel all tingly in your head, scalp and neck and generally feel really, really good.

As Chris Brake points out in the show, "I think it's probably worth it to take one hour out of your day to give yourself a brain orgasm!"

Sexy Sarah also does some on-air whispering that can give you your own braingasm while listening to this podcast!

Other cool stuff in this week's show include "Five Minutes in Capeside," a segment centered around the show Dawson's Creek. This week, Chris recreates the Dawson's Creek theme song with his own lyrics and his own ukulele (and his own singing), and Chris tells a wild tale about some technological fluke that distorted his perception of a certain episode of the Creek and really blew his mind out.
